Express Production

Are you working on a tight schedule? Our sales representatives are trained to work with you to make sure you receive your items by the day that you need them; even if you need them tomorrow.

We offer an Express Production service which pushes your order to the front of our processing queue. When you order Express Production we guarantee that your order will ship directly from our factory in Illinois within 2-3 business days. Our Express Production service minimizes processing time for both standard and custom vinyl shutters.

Express Shipping

Once your order has shipped from our factory it maybe in transit anywhere from 1-5 business days* depending on your shipment and location via our standard shipping methods.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items purchased from ExteriorSolutions.com for partial refund within 30 days from purchase date. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA or RGA and be in resalable condition and received within 14 business days from authorized return date. You will be responsible for any shipping and or packaging charges to return items to Exterior Solutions. No credit will be given by Exterior Solutions on returned merchandise that is received back to our facilities damaged or otherwise not resalable by us. Returned merchandise will only be accepted back in original packaging and with all originally shipped installation hardware. You can obtain an RMA or RGA by contacting customer service at 866-760-2846.

Exceptions:

We are pleased to offer exterior décor products that are custom-manufactured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.

Custom products include, but are not limited to: Custom vinyl shutters, custom wood shutters, custom headers, and other custom products. If you have a question of whether or not the item you would like to order is custom, please contact us prior to ordering.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Damaged / Defective Goods:

If you received your order damaged, defective, or an incorrect item please contact our customer service department at 866-760-2846. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at Exterior Solution’s discretion.

Any claims for incorrectly made or initially defective merchandise and shortages must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of receipt and before product is altered in any manner or installation is attempted. Exterior Solutions reserves the right to inspect any alleged incorrectly made or defective merchandise at our facility to verify validity of claim before any repair or replacement is performed; however this policy does not imply automatic replacement or repair by Exterior Solutions. It is your responsibility to check the merchandise when it is delivered to make sure there are no discrepancies, damage or shortages.
